Combining Therapies—Personalized Treatments
Each of our sessions is customized. You and your practitioner will choose the optimal blend—whether it's prenatal with gentle craniosacral touches, deep-tissue with cupping, or NMT with lymphatic support—for your unique health needs.
Prenatal Massage

A gentle and nurturing treatment tailored for expectant mothers. This massage enhances circulation, alleviates pregnancy-related aches (especially in the lower back and hips), and promotes relaxation in both mother and baby.
Neuromuscular (NMT) Therapy

A precise technique designed to deactivate muscle “knots” or trigger points that can cause referred pain. Ideal for chronic muscular tension, postural imbalances, and localized pain relief.
Gua Sha

An East-Asian scraping technique that stimulates circulation and encourages the release of stagnant fluid and tension. Excellent for reducing inflammation, minimizing stress, and improving complexion when applied to the face.
Reflexology

An accessory to full-body relaxation, this technique applies focused pressure to reflex points on the feet (or hands) that correspond to different body systems. It promotes overall wellness, stress reduction, and energetic balance.
Craniosacral Therapy

A light-touch modality that supports the body’s natural rhythm, especially around the skull and sacrum. Helps release neurological tension to boost relaxation, reduce headaches, and ease chronic pain.
Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, rhythmic massage that supports lymph flow, helping reduce fluid retention, boost immunity, and speed healing.
Deep-Tissue Massage

Focusing on the deeper layers of connective tissue and muscle, this firm-pressure technique targets chronic tension, adhesions, and muscular knots—great for long-held stress or intense athletic recovery.
Visceral Massage Therapy

A targeted approach focused on the organs and their connective tissues. By restoring mobility to internal structures, it can reduce digestive discomfort, improve organ function, and support overall balance.
Cupping Therapy

Using suction cups, this therapy lifts soft tissue to promote blood circulation, relieve deep muscle tension, and release fascial restrictions—especially beneficial for tight back and shoulder muscles.
Trigger Point Therapy

Pinpoints tight, hyperirritable spots in muscle tissue, applying sustained pressure to reduce pain and improve mobility. Especially helpful for headaches, neck strain, and tight shoulders.
